Up to 10 decking boards need to be replaced

Deck needs some repairs to some boards, possible addition of an edge around the deck. Tile on pool coping cracked and needs replacing. Bathroom tile to replace.

Removal of old joists (12) To have new joists. Replacement of existing deck boards. Have put $5 as need proper quote to submit requested works to be done. Looking for a reputable handyman or builder.

I noticed that the grass was cutting unevenly so I changed the blades and tried levelling the deck but didn’t do much. The blades on my deck aren’t lining up so I am assuming the deck is damaged. Also I have replaced 1 spindle assembly on it. Looking for someone to look at the issue with the deck and fix if possible.

Small front deck. two joists are damaged and no longer support the front edge blue floorboard. 2 joists need to be replaced and the loose front floorboard re-attached. I think.

2 jobs both around Hendra Job one : 15 sqm timber deck ( balcony of a house which is over the garage) need complete repair. Bearer need complete replacement not sure about beam. Job two: Outdoor deck which just need replacement of bearer . Around 12 sqm

Would prefer someone with decking experience please: 1. Repair/replace 2x loose balusters. 2. Replace 1x damaged decking floorboard. 3. Prep & re-oil front porch (approx. 5.58 m2) & rear deck (approx. 14.5 m2), I believe existing coats are Sikkens Cetol HLSe but happy to take your recommendations. These 2 photos are from a couple of years ago and only to show shapes & sizes. 4. Re-paint handrails and balusters along front porch and rear deck to match existing colours. 5. Remove & dispose of damaged planks under the clothesline, approx 3.5m in length. Please quote including airtasker fees and materials as I'm not able to supply them.
