I have some rotted deck boards I want to replace. I have bought 27 secondhand boards that measure 3.5m in length, ready to lay to replace some old rotted ones. I can get the correct decking screws, I have some tools & I have a drill however your own drill would be great as mine is quite old. The deck is only 30cm off the ground, so when you pull the boards up you can stand on the ground easily. I’m hoping to get someone before the 31/10/26 to fix the deck @ $50 per hour

Scope of work: -Remove selected top decking planks as required to gain safe access underneath the deck. -Inspect the existing wooden support posts and joists for rot, deterioration or structural damage. -Identify all affected timber and advise on any additional structural repairs required. -Replace rotten or compromised posts and joists with suitable hardwood timber to provide structural strength, stability and long-term durability. -Reinstall the removed decking planks securely once structural repairs are completed. -Pressure wash the entire deck to remove mould, dirt and surface build-up. Prepare the deck surface appropriately for painting. -Apply two full top coats of suitable exterior decking paint to the approximately 28 m² deck area. Small timber gate no longer opens correctly (we have had to remove hinge to make it workable)and seperayely an aluminium upright on glass pool fence has moved so glass pool gate no longer works

It can be built and extended on side by way of using the support of the existing pool fence posts to support the deck on the sides. The section that is opened I still have the deck Timbers that can be re used as it was the frame that is damaged I would also like some French doors replaced with a sliding door

Hello I need a hand to repair a deck and a fence

Ride on mower deck bent in towards blades. Needs to be bent back out so blade can spin freely.

We have a beautiful ground floor rear deck that was built with the Hardideck, cement sheet decking system. An area of the deck has weathered and some boards have been damaged. They basically have holes in them. We need to replace the boards and probably redo one area of the deck. The frame is excellent so it is perfect for someone that understands how easy it is to install the hardideck product. You will also need to prime and paint the area. We have all the product so we are looking at labour. Attached are some photos. We are looking for someone that takes pride in their work. The replacement area for total board replacement is approximate 3.5 m x 4 metres. Then just some care to the other area.
