We lost a parcel at Europcar in Melbourne airport. It is a gift for my son and quite sentimental. It is impossible to call them (you can only call a call centre in the Phillipines). I need someone to go to the desk and describe the parcel and see if it is at Europcar. Essentially, I just need a human to talk to another human. If the parcel is there, I will arrange a family member to bring it to us when they fly to visit.
