Ai Ying is a lovely person with great communication and punctuality. She put in reasonable effort, but I did not get result what I requested. She came back to fix things and I truly admire her professionalism - 10 stars. In the 1st visit, there was significant gap in all areas as her equipment and product are not suitable for deep clean. In her 2nd visit, it was better. I would suggest her only for surface level cleaning, not deep clean.
