My father in law passed last year and I'm clearing his Kambah house. I've hired a skip and need help with last few jobs this Saturday 26/2 from around 9.30am. The jobs are: - taking piles of (clean) clothes to the skip - emptying kitchen cupboards of crockery, cutlery etc putting in cardboard boxes & taking to skip (skip is going to a Recycler/op shop) - putting some things (eg ornaments) in boxes & then take boxes to skip - help putting 2 single mattresses into skip - help putting some pieces of metal (eg ladder) and tools into skip - Vaccuming the carpets (3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 rumpus room) & window sills which are dusty. Maybe some other light wiping of kitchen cupboards. The house will most likely be demolished so only needs to be cleared of stuff which it mostly is already, and cleaned a bit but nothing as much as end-of-lease cleaning, just basic wiping. I will need small amounts of assistance consistently over several weeks or months, I'm thinking 4 hours twice a week, covering three key areas: 1. Work with me to do a stocktake of the key projects that I need to do around the house to get it sale-ready. This would include documenting all the details in a spreadsheet, pricing jobs up, scheduling appointments, planning job prioritisation and order, researching the best approach to getting the jobs done.
