About the Role We are seeking a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to support the smooth running of a private household. This role will help reduce day-to-day pressures by ensuring the home is well-maintained, meals are prepared in advance, and general household tasks are taken care of. Key Responsibilities Assist with simple cooking and preparation of pureed meals once a fortnight (full training provided). Light meal preparation such as chopping, peeling, and pre-prepping ingredients for easy cooking after work. Grocery and food shopping when required. Household maintenance tasks including: Taking out rubbish. Light cleaning (dusting, wiping benches, cleaning surfaces). General tidying such as making and stripping beds, folding laundry, ironing, washing, vacuuming. Packing/unpacking the dishwasher and keeping kitchen areas neat. Fluffing cushions and maintaining a tidy living environment. Collecting deliveries and mail, packing away items, and liaising with the Executive Assistant where necessary. Skills & Attributes Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A practical, “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn. We have just moved house and need someone to come in and help us organise! We will need to reorganise our wardrobes and as well as organise the kids toys and garage space. Looking for a power session approximately 10am-4pm with two helpers to delegate to (my husband and myself) as our two year olds’ come back to their new home on Sunday (after a few days with their Grandparents).

Must be done on site and will require standing for the duration of the task. Packing environment will likely be warm as it is in a laundry. Estimated time about 3 hours.
