I am in a department of housing unit. When i cook i notice yellow brown liquid running down my walls, but tge walls have been painted and i really could tell what it was. I have a severe lung condition, which i have been dealing with a strong smell like stale cigarettes and grime. I constantly try freshen my place but cant. I'm due to have x2 bathroom renovations done this year. My small bathroom was built without an extractor fan, so there's black spots of mould on the ceiling due to the steam from the shower.
