Looking for a cleaning professional/ handyman that can help deep clean and refresh our bathroom. We don’t need a regular cleaner but someone that has professional products to remove dirt in grout / bleach yellowing around bathroom and scrape off built up silicone. As well as someone who can paint our walls and floors with a grout sealant and paint/resurface the bathtub. We don’t have professional industrial products to use, so we are looking for someone who already can use the right products to get the job done. In summary we need the following: • Deep clean of both bathrooms including deep grout cleaning to remove dirt and yellowing in silicone. • Remove all old silicone (note we have removed our shower screens in main bathroom so build up of old silicone needs to be cleaned up) • Transparent industrial grout sealant applied to walls and floors in shower area of the main bathroom and ensuite. • Removal of bathtub paint that is peeling and re surface with white tub paint.

Moving out so need to have the house dust free and mopped. No deep cleaning required. Note the reference photos still has furniture but will be empty before cleaning occurs.
