Hi, I'm after a quote for a one off spring deep clean of our apartment in Lane Cove. It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, under 70 sqm. The place is fairly tidy and not cluttered, so it's a refresh rather than a rescue job. The bathroom is the main one that needs proper attention (soap scum, grout, shower screen). Carpets could do with a steam clean if you offer it. Otherwise it's a general wipe down throughout, including marks off the walls, skirtings, kitchen surfaces and cupboard fronts. Could you give me a fixed price rather than an estimate, and let me know: 1. Whether carpet steam cleaning is included or priced separately 2. Whether oven and inside fridge are included 3. Roughly how long you'd expect it to take and how many cleaners Happy to be flexible on the day, midweek is fine. Thanks! Burns Bay Road, Lane Cove NSW 2066
