We are having a house party with about 50 guests. The party starts at 6pm. Buffet dinner is catered for which will be served from 0830pm. We’re doing a big fancy dress Aussie BBQ yard party out the front of my factory in Brookvale on Saturday, 22nd November. Think flannies, fairy lights, Cold Chisel, and a few eskies full of beer. You don’t need to be a pro chef — just someone who can cook a proper Aussie feed without burning the snags!
