50 Deck Sanding experts in VIC

I have a large deck which I have just replaced the large majority with 140mm merbau however I have some older deck on either side so I would like to have it sanded and polished so I can then stain or you can quote on stain and I will buy the stain. As a guide the dimensions of each section are as follows; Old part with screws in deck 4m x 3.5m, old part with dome nails 2.5 x 3m (approx as it is around a spa) and new deck with hidden screws 9m x 3.4m

Deck has 3 year old stain on it. Approx 150 sq m deck. Need it sanded back to original merbau. No re stain req..

I have a few tasks to be done preferably tomorrow, or over the weekend, at latest Monday. 1. Paint a small loft ( all supplied) 2. Partly sand deck ( just areas with stains), we have a hand sander, but it may not be the best tool for the job. It will do it though, if needed. 3. Reinstall sun shade ( wasn't done properly in first place so it came off, all bits and pieces are there).

6x4 Deck that needs to be sanded back and then primed and possibly painted or using one product to do the both. Possibly two coats.

My deck has discoloured and needs to be sanded prior to oiling.

Outdoor verandah needs sanding and painting or staining. It is fairly new so in good condition. There is also 2 very small side verandahs that also need re-doing.

I have an 8mx4m spotted gum deck - it has had a waterbased satin sealer applied 3 years ago and it is time for another sand and coat / rejuvenation.

Outdoor wooden decking and built-in seating needs sanding back to original wood and a clear decking oil applied. I will supply decking oil. Currently with orange /red stain that needs complete sanding off as we do not like the colour. 3550mm x 4600mm deck flooring- with seating additional. Date flexible- any time over the next 2 weeks ideally. Seating on deck perimeter needs the same treatment. Have just cleaned with high pressure hose and the stain is coming off in areas- see photos attached.

I require my deck sanded and oiled. The deck is large (12m x 6m approx) and has a number of stairs. The deck is merbau. You will need to have experience in this kind of job as it is a large space. The job will need to completed in the next few weeks.
