Need 60sqm of painted 90mm merbau deck + 5 steps sanded and oiled. Decking oil will be provided. Single floor building.

Decking requires sanding in preparation for staining. 1.7 m x 4.9 m. Located on second story of house. Will have access from inside. Need the decking and the top of the railing sanded. Note the nail heads are slightly raised and not flush with wood.
