Small to medium size deck to be cleaned, sanded and oiled

I need my front and back deck sanded as we are prepping to re-stain. Garden bed (part of decking) as shown in back deck photos will need to be sanded too.

My deck is looking a bit tired so need it cleaned and oiled. 2 lots of 4 steps as well. Flexible with the timing. Thanks in advance

we have a deck that needs to be sanded and recoated. pics added. size around 10x5m. New colour "delicate linen" (Bunnings) and will need some anti-slip ( sand ) mixed up due to access to the swimming pool.
