Deck Sanding & Staining – Small Timber Patio Deck I’m looking for an experienced handyman, carpenter or deck restoration specialist to give my outdoor timber patio deck a freshen-up. The deck is approximately 5m x 4m (20m²) and has become faded and weathered over time. I’m looking for someone who can restore it to a clean, well-presented condition and protect it from further weathering. Scope of work: • Lightly sand the timber to remove surface weathering and prepare it for staining • Clean and thoroughly prepare the deck surface • Check and secure any loose screws, boards or timber where required • Apply 2 coats of a good-quality exterior timber/deck stain suitable for Queensland conditions • Ensure an even, professional finish • Clean up and remove any job-related mess/rubbish on completion Materials: Please include in your quote whether you: • Supply all materials, including stain, sanding materials and consumables; or • Prefer me to purchase the required materials beforehand. Deck, steps, edge of gardens and retaining walls to be sanded and restained - I will supply the stain NOT sander or painting equipment

We are restaining two merbau decks (5m x 5m) and (7m x 3m) and just want to give both the decks a light sand. The existing stain isn't flaking or anything, just worn. Looking for someone to give a light sand so surface is porous, without damaging screw heads. The deck clean and staining will be completed by myself.

Need to sand back the deck 4m x9m and the handrails. You need to have the correct equipment to do the task. The brown horizontal handrails and the brown vertical rails need sanding to. Please look at the picture to get a better understanding of job.
