Deck sand and oil approx 30 m2

Timber deck approx 3 x 7m with steps. Deck was never sealed. Part has been pressure washed and has fibre lift. I need the entire deck sanded evenly (including steps) to remove furring and even out colour. Timber is likely tallowwood or similar and had a pink undertone when new. I want a very light, neutral oil finish to keep it pale and blonde (similar to European oak look). Looking for a neutralising oil system (eg Cutek Extreme with White tone or equivalent). No dark stains, no warm/amber oils, no paint. Please quote including sanding, prep and oil application.

Sand back decking wood including side panels, oil 2 coats. Oil provided. All other equipment to be supplied by tasker.

Looking to get quotes to have our deck re-stained. Refer to pictures attached. It was last stained about a year ago. Approx. size 5.5m x 5m. - apply sanding where necessary - pressure wash clean - apply 2-3 coats of stain (stain provided) Must have own equipment and experience with decking. Should not be rushed with some gap in between coats.

We are seeking to have our back deck sanded by an experienced person with the necessary equipment, in preparation for washing/oiling (which we will take care of). Deck is spotted gum and 6-7 years old, never been sanded. Two levels with one step in between. Upper level: 5.5m x 3.5m (19 sqm) plus side entry (2.5m x 1m). Lower level: 3.5m x 2.5m (8.75 sqm). Plus edges. Step is 34cm (W) x 57cm (L). We will remove all plants and furniture off the deck except for a heavy chest and bench seat we’ll need a hand with moving. Condition of timber varies, some parts have been covered by furniture so in good condition, while other parts are weathered and/or affected by damp and will need more attention. Please see pics. We expect it shouldn’t take more than one day. Suitable days are limited to: Wed 31 Dec, Thur 1 Jan, Fri 2 Jan, Sat 3 Jan, Mon 5 Jan, Tue 6 Jan, or Wed 7 Jan.
