I would like my deck sanded but not oiled. The deck is 11.5m by 3m and some of it has been done already. It may need to be hand sanded with a belt sander (rather than a floor sander) due to the screws in the deck

The deck is 3x7m I am providing previous and current condition photos for reference.

2.6 x 3.6m deck needs sanding. Will need the nails punched first or I can probably punch before hand. Have sanded a small area as a test which you can see in the pictures. Deck has been cleaned of dirt and stain with deck wash and gurney, so not a lot remaining to sand. Want the faces of the two sides sanded also.

Hi! I haven’t oiled my deck it 2-3 years and I think it now needs a sanding first. This is what it looks like after a clean. I will do the oiling, but I need help with sanding. The space is 3 x 7m. About the size of a car space. Can you help? Thank you.

I need help to finish sanding the deck to remove a stain. There are hard to reach places with a machine so it’s likely a manual job unless you have specialised tools. I have a belt sander with sandpaper to give the deck a final sand before applying oil. I have decking oil which I would like applied afterward. Job is: 1) remove stain under rails (2-3 hours) 2) 120grit sand paper over entire deck (2 hours) 3) apply oil (30min)

I need this deck professionally sanded back to raw timber. We will apply decking oil once sanded. It's appx 40 sqms. Job is in Essendon.
