Job Details: 1) Scope of work: Sanding the deck back to raw timber. No installation or repairs required. 2) Deck Condition: Check attached photos. 3) Pricing: Please make an offer with your best price per square meter. Our absolute maximum limit is $20/sqm, but we will award the task to the most competitive and reasonable quote. 4) Requirements: You must have your own professional sanding equipment, dust extraction, and materials.
