Looking for an experienced person to sand and re-stain my Merbau deck, Requires surface prep ie. tightening any loose nails, proper timber cleaning, sanding to smooth the surface and apply 2 coats

Old deck needs to be sanded back for resealing (do not need you to do the sealing). Deck is 35 square metres.

Give 'light' sand to deck, porch and outside stairs then reseal deck and porch and paint stairs and include non-slip product (e.g. ultra pave topcoat grip additive). We only want a light sand. There are two houses which are next to each other. The properties are both rented. The property manager is available to give you access for a better idea of the job.

Need to sand back the deck 4m x9m and the handrails. You need to have the correct equipment to do the task. The brown horizontal handrails and the brown vertical rails need sanding to. Please look at the picture to get a better understanding of job.

I have a pine timber deck about 3m x 3.2m which needs sanding back so that I can stain it. I tried to Gerni off mould and now it’s patchy ☹️
