Find reliable local balloon delivery in NSW

It’s my partners bday but I’m interstate. Want someone to go and buy a couple of balloons and a card and put them at the door to our building’s lobby so he gets a surprise when he gets home from work. Will pay for ALL extra costs for balloons and card etc. Can be anytime during the day - ideally before he gets home from work around 4:30/5pm. Happy to do WHATEVER is easiest for you just want him to have a small surprise to come home to. Thank you SO much!!
