Alex arrived on time and sent an SMS that he had arrived. He knew what he was doing from the outset and tolerated my intrusions beautifully! He completed the job within the time I had allowed. He started by confirming everything was working before replacing the lights, then confirmed before he left that everything was working properly. He left the cable in much neater condition than it was previously. He insisted on cleaning up at the end even though it wasn't really necessary. He deserves your support as he does try so hard to please.
