I’m looking for an experienced carpenter / door installer to replace my existing front entry door and install a new Gainsborough smart pull handle lock. The new door will be the same size, or very close to the existing door. Job includes: * Remove existing front door * Fit and hang the new door * Trim/adjust if required * Install the smart lock * Adjust the strike/latch as required * Make sure the door opens, closes and locks properly The smart lock has already been purchased.
Ben did an excellent job. The door replacement turned out to be much more challenging than expected, but he was incredibly patient and took the time to work through every issue properly. He found solutions to the problems along the way and completed the job perfectly. Very professional, skilled and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

We’ve recently had major fencing and gate works completed, however we now need someone skilled and practical to come in and properly finish the automation and smart access side of the project. Current setup includes: • Sliding driveway gate • Pedestrian gate • Existing electrical wiring already installed for the sliding gate motor • Smart lock / access hardware to be installed and configured • Wiring needing to be checked and tested • Gate automation setup still incomplete We are looking for someone who can: • Install and configure smart locks/access systems • Assess and troubleshoot the existing wiring • Connect and get the sliding gate motor operational • Help integrate keypad/fob/WiFi/GSM/intercom access if possible • Ensure gates are functioning safely and reliably Ideally seeking someone with genuine experience in: • Automatic gates • Sliding gate motors • Smart entry systems • Low-voltage/access control wiring • Gate automation troubleshooting This is not a simple fencing job — we need someone solutions-focused who understands the technical side of automated gates and smart access systems. Need this installed to replace current door lock. NEW: TP-Link Tapo Deadbolt | Tapo DL110 PICS: Will be replacing the top deadbolt I guess unless it requires replacing both. It doesn't really matter but the *ideal* situation is to be able to remove the lock eventually on moving and have the original put back. If that can't happen, I'm not too fussed overall.
