Parcel express delivery

If it’s not there: please knock and politely ask the current resident if they brought a parcel inside that was left outside today for me. Vickram went above and beyond to help me when my task didn't go to plan. I asked him to retrieve a package that I accidentally sent to the wrong address, but it wasn't there when he arrived. He took the initiative to find a pen and paper to leave a note for the occupants about whether they'd seen my package, which he didn't have to do. Really appreciate his effort and ability to think of a solution. Thanks so much, again!
