Unfortunately am in a situation where I am unable to do this myself or ask anyone I know personally within post office opening hours - grateful for assistance picking up a parcel on my behalf at Bennettswood LPO Australia Post (79 Station St, Burwood 3125) and then dropping it off at a home address. I will send through private message photos of the “You have mail” card (delivery was attempted at the receiver’s house but failed, so the parcel was taken to this post office) to show the staff there, and I will also message instructions as to delivering it to the receiver’s house (no contact drop-off).

Hello, I have anxiety and I am struggling to go out to collect a parcel that's waiting for me at the post office. Hoping for someone to go to the post office, pick up my parcel and then bring it to my house. It's along Whitehorse road in Balwyn and won't take long to complete.
