I think it's Golden Cane. I need it reduced down by about 30% and all offcuts and dead debris removed. It's located in a courtyard of an apartment right up against front fence. Offcuts can be thrown over fence onto street to load onto trailer. Garden bed you have to access is a bit thick but should not prove too troublesome. Quite a lot of dead fronds already on ground. Important: A bunch of Blue Tongue lizards live in this garden bed and around the palm. They are supposed to be in somewhat of a state of hibernation now but you need to be EXTRA careful to avoid harming them. They will be around so please don't apply if you're not willing to be really careful.
