Kia Rio 2000 model spring has detached inside the drivers door preventing door opening and lock being taken off lock and requires repairing from inside door panel. Repeat issue has been fixed before. The lock on my sliding security door has not been working properly for the last couple of months. Even though I have the key, it often does not open. Previously, after several attempts and pushing, it would eventually work but now it has completely stopped working. It seems like the lock may be jammed or damaged. The sliding door is difficult to move (close and open) Also difficult to turn the lock (pointless anyway, as it doesn’t stay locked) There are also old holes from when someone tried to do a quick fix in adding a chain to lock.

Im at an Airbnb and I think I broke the lock and want to fix it tonight. The Latch is turning but door not unlocking from the inside, I want to keep existing mey obviously. I am able to open door from inside by putting a card between the slit. Entry from outside works fine and key turns the lock no problems

Hi, I need help with two issues on my 2006 Toyota Camry: 1. The driver door lock that works with the key doesn’t lock properly in cold weather. When I turn the key to lock, the car beeps twice but doesn’t lock right away. I have to turn the key several times before it locks. 2. The driver side window rolls down normally but won’t roll up smoothly. When trying to close it, the window moves a few centimeters, then stops. After waiting a few minutes, it moves a bit more. Need a handy man to fix or replace main door lock in a newly build house

Door latch has come out of door. Is not part of lock. Needs to be refitted with new spring. Should be 5 min task for someone who knows what they are doing (unlike me !!)

French china cabinet … I’m guessing 50 years old ,,, with two doors and two locks. One lock is not functioning, locked tight and will not turn at all. The second lock turns but is sticky. If you know something about how to fix locks I would be pleased to have your assistance.

I have 7 of these window winders in my house. I don't have the keys to them and some feel locked. Others don't feel locked but still don't work. I think the winders can just be replaced? Happy to buy for installation if that's the case.
