The Issue: The door handle on our internal optometry room is broken and repeatedly falls off. The internal mechanism that secures the lever to the spindle has failed, making the handle unusable. While staff can temporarily place it back on, it is not secure and comes off with normal use. The Job: The task is to replace the entire broken handle set with a new, durable unit to make the door fully functional again. The scope of work includes: 1. The required style is a commercial-grade, black lever handle on a round rose (as seen in the photos). 3. Carefully removing the old hardware. 4.
