Hi I run a small business and am after a cleaner for three NDIS clients that I have: - 1 x Bellambi: Monday and Friday, 2 hours each clean, every week, ongoing. She has two big dogs that are very fat, lazy and gentle, will bark on arrival but that is it, they will be in the house for the clean. Its a town house, lower level only. Lovely client. Service will require washing up. - 1 x Russell Vale. This is a town house (2 hours) and main house (6 hours). Its is weekly and ongoing. Can be a little flexible on day of the week. We pay very well for the task however the work is monitored by guests and we have a high standard to maintain. Duties include cleaning 3 bedroom home, taking linen home to wash (we keep multiple sets on site), keeping household items stocked, reporting back any damage/issues with the property. We pay $250 per clean, the clean must be to a standard however when maintained well, it can be completed in 3 hours, sometimes may take longer and other times will be quicker depending on guest number and length of stays.
