bedroom cleaning, folding clothes for wardrobe and throwing out rubbish

We're a busy family with 2 working parents and 2 school aged kids & a small dog. We have a small 3 bed 1 bath house and need help to keep it organised and functioning ongoing. Thinking we'll need a couple of hours 2-3 times a week to stay on top of things but happy to negotiate a system that works. Tasks include tidying/cleaning kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, general tidying, folding clothes, tidying/organising kids rooms, cleaning windows, dusting, organising pantry, organising kids clothes (sizing), sorting piles of things, finding homes for things etc & other general housekeeping tasks. There's always something to do. Looking to trial until finding the right fit for ongoing work.

Need general cleaning and housekeeping on a weekly basis: - bathroom and toilet cleaning: 3x toilets and 2x bathrooms/showers - vacuuming and mopping (4 bedroom home with large kitchen and lounge area - bedsheet change for 3x beds (every 4 weeks) - laundry and basic kitchen cleaning/ washing - taking the trash out - wiping general surfaces - tidying of kids toys in play area - general tidying up $250 per visit and tasks can vary/ rotate with min hours of 5 per visit unless tasks are done faster. Can provide all cleaning equipment and materials.

We have a baby incoming and would really need the help around the house for once a week deep clean and some meal prep to be done for 4 people (until November) and then 2 people after. This would be an ongoing arrangement based on how well it’s done. Meal type preference - Indian, Italian, salads etc. (vegetarian and non vegetarian no beef). My parents are with me until November. So just need deep clean once a week done until then. Money will be paid per weekly.
