Weekly Cleaner + Light Organisation (Ongoing) Unfortunately, my current cleaner is moving and so I am on the look out for another reliable, detail-oriented cleaner for a 1 bed + study + 2 bath apartment. Weekly tasks currently undertaken (approx. 2–2.5 hrs): General tidy/reset (fold clothes, group items, return to correct rooms) Change bed linen Deep clean bathrooms Kitchen deep clean (clear benches, pull apart & hand-wash stovetop) Vacuum & mop all areas (incl. moving dining table/chairs) Dishes (pack/unpack dishwasher, hand-wash as needed) Wipe surfaces, skirting boards, mirrors & windows Take out rubbish Oven deep clean (monthly basis) Extra: Each week includes one small organisation task (e.g. cupboard or storage area that gets reorganised including removing all items, declutter and storing in a more efficient way). Sorting through a 3x3m storage unit of house hold goods and furniture. Job will involve moving items into a skip bin located in the car park. There will be trolleys available for transporting items to the skip bin. Preferably available from 9am-3pm, but hopefully it won't take that long! Must be able to invoice for payment. Need to be prepared to lift items (couches, wooden furniture and mattresses) into a skip bin (1m tall). I will be assisting. This task will take only about 20 min! I need a strong person to move some large carpet off-cuts and some lighter items about 50m. These were illegally dumped in the forest at Yowie Creek Reserve next to my house, and since the Council has no capacity to clean this up, I'm paying you to do it. (You don't need to get rid off these items, just move it to a location in the forest where it is easier to clean up and not such an eye sore.) There are also 4 shopping trolleys in the creek bed that need to be moved.
