General cleaning, eye for detail, vacuumed and mopped house. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Mainly kids area. Must be able to pick up basket of clothes, pick up rubbish and move chairs when moping.

Looking for 1 - 1.5hrs weekly assistance with all the home maintenance tasks that easily get away from you. I’m just about to increase my work hours and already finding that keeping up with some things is a bit onerous. I’m looking for someone who can both follow direction and take initiative. If you can see something that needs wiping or cleaning I’ve seen it too but just haven’t been able to get to it. This task is about reducing my mental load so I really need someone who I can rely on over time Tasks will include(not all of these each week): - changing bed sheets and washing - irregular maintenance tasks / cleaning that always gets left behind; clean coffee maker, wipe down kitchen shelving, top up soap containers - Wipe down kitchen surfaces - Folding and putting washing away Possibly also some assistance with study / play room and walk in robe organisation. For the right person who is willing I might also look at transitioning my 4hr regular house clean to you too. Open to your suggestions re: pricing - please let me know you’re hourly rate. And also availability / days you could do a regular job

I need someone patient, creative with energy 💪 and problem solving skills. Last year I broke my shoulder and had one arm for a year, its still about 80% So everything stood still where it was and piled up around it. There are several areas but the main spaces to crack our the back room of Doom and the patio shmatio with piles of crapio. Imagine Hoarders, meets Amazing Spaces, meets Backyard Blitz. We have dogs, cats an chooks so it is a menagerie. It will take more than one crack, so initially 4-6 hours at a time, at a mutually beneficial time. With potential for an ongoing arrangement for the right fit. This isn't a straight forward job so please only apply if you *get* the description. I really would like to find someone creative with vision that can help me.
