Therefore I would like to organise someone to come and clean with her. My mum is delightful, friendly and chatty. It will be useful if you are okay with some socialising while helping her to stay on task (eg. asking her what needs doing next) 😄. The house is four bedrooms, but I think she'll want to focus on the two living areas, kitchen and bathroom. I believe this will take 1.5 hours max.
