Item needs to be removed from packaging and moved through doorway. The item is heavy (total table weight 179kg, only the base needs to be moved) therefore will require trolly to move and ideally 2 people.

A heavy big sofa about 200kg needs to be lifted upstairs through balcony. The balcony is 3.8m high. We have had 5 guys who are removalist tried to lift it through balcony with ropes and didn’t work. At least three men needed to move a very heavy couch. Apparently the last time it was moved it needed to be lowered over a balcony. 3.1m long x 1.1m deep x 700 high it definitely will need at least 2 men as its big & heavy.
