This follows a fire and smoke incident a few years ago - the house is to be repainted. The house had historic smoke exposure, and the painter will be sealing surfaces with shellac primer (BIN). The purpose of this job is not deep cleaning, but simply to remove loose soot and dust so the primer adheres properly.
