The house has become quite messy and cluttered, so the first part of the job will involve clearing and bagging rubbish/unwanted items. I expect this to take approximately 2–3 hours. I will put everything I definitely want to keep into one designated room beforehand, which should make this fairly straightforward. Anything that looks important, personal or valuable should not be thrown away without checking with me.
