Sand and oil merbau deck

Hi, I live in Heidelberg Heights, and require a small rear deck to be sanded and re-stained. The deck is in good condition, however has some dark spots id like removed before a restain all over. The deck is about 3.5m x 5.5m approx. Please let me know if this suits. Cheers, James Newton

The deck around our small pool needs to be sanded back in preparation for oiling. The last person who 'oiled' the deck painted it instead, so it needs to be stripped right back. Our deck is is approx. 1-1.5m around the sides of the pool and the front of the deck is 0.5-1m high. The deck has recently been modified to replace the pool liner so there are a few extra planks if wood (see 2nd pic) that also need sanding. Depending on costs we may decide do the oiling part ourselves.

Looking to get deck restored sanded back to look as close to be as possible, I will stain it afterwards any suggestions on best course of atino would be appreciated deck is approx 4.6x6m

Back deck: Large deck that was refurbished about a year ago. It needs a re-varnish to maintain the finish and address some minor water damage. Front deck: Smaller deck at the front of the house. It’s quite worn and needs a thorough refresh and re-varnish.
