I have a 4 bed, 2 bath house that needs a bond clean by Monday as I give the keys back to the real estate. I've rung around and everyone I've spoken to is booked out.

I am a busy worker and haven't had time to catch up on some much needed cleaning, and tiding up. The housemate never did anything so I need someone to get it back to an easier to manage house.

House located in Oberon NSW: - Clean house to a high standard (2bedroom house) (vacuum/mop floors, kitchen, living, bbq, remove rubbish etc) - Reset house so it's presentable for guests - Ensure supplies are stocked up (towels, tea/ coffee/ sugar/ firewood/ tea towels, shampoo etc) - Report any issues - Take rubbish bin out weekly - Wash linen and dry linen, Drop off/Pick up laundry on bad weather days Ideal Person: - Strong work ethic - Attention to detail - Great attitude - Customer-first approach - Autonomous - Ability to go above and beyond when needed - ABN required Standard rate $30 per hour. Work generally takes 2 hours (sometimes 2.5-3hrs depending on condition of house after guest checks out). Typical fixed rate of $90 offered for 2-3hours work.
