Please note: Only 2 of the 5 bedrooms require cleaning (the other 3 bedrooms have already been cleaned). 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet require a full clean. Outdoor areas will need to be tidied (sweeping, removing leaves/debris, and leaving the area neat). Cleaning tasks include: Thorough vacuuming and mopping of all required areas. Clean skirting boards, walls (spot clean where needed), light switches, and door frames. Dust and wipe all surfaces. Clean windows internally where accessible, including window tracks and sills. Clean mirrors and glass surfaces. Kitchen deep clean: Benches and splashback. Cupboards and drawers (inside and out where empty). Sink and taps. Oven (inside and out). Stovetop/rangehood. Dishwasher (wipe inside and out if applicable). Bathroom and toilet: Shower, bath, vanity, mirrors, toilet, tiles, grout where needed, and exhaust fan. Remove cobwebs throughout cleaned areas. Wipe wardrobes and built-in shelves in the bedrooms being cleaned. Empty all bins and leave the property fresh and tidy. Two bedroom low set unit needs bond clean, including carpet clean. I will take care of the lawn and sweep out / wash out the garage so only the two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and living area.
