Hello, We are seeking a bond cleaner to clean our house on the 24th of July. There is some flexibility as we could accommodate the 23rd of July however it would need to be after 12pm as we will be moving out in the morning. A standard bond clean would be required. The house is only 12 months old, we have kept it clean and tidy. This is purely to satisfy the real estate and to take that stress off of us as we are moving quite a distance away and do not want to be travelling back and forth. Main things will be checking the walls for any marks, vacuuming, moping, skirting boards, bathrooms, windows/window tracks etc. It is a four bedroom house however two of the four bedrooms we do not use and will not need any cleaning. The media room is also another room that won’t be need to be done however feel free to double check incase we have missed something.
