With the ceiling fan turned off, your hired cleaning specialist can use an extendable ceiling fan duster or a ceiling fan cleaning machine for each fan blade. Your specialist may use a high enough stepladder and a damp rag to clean the fan and all its external parts as well. Â
They may also use a can of compressed air to get dust and dirt off the ceiling fan's motor housing and other unreachable parts. Should your ceiling fan have additional features like a built-in lamp, your specialist can clean this too. Some specialists may offer to change the bulb if necessary.Â
Cleaning the mouldings
Before using a cleaning solution, your specialist can dust the mouldings with a broom or vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment. Then concoct a special all-purpose cleaning solution made from ammonia or bleach. Next, a spray bottle is used to apply it on each of the mouldings, allowed to stand for a couple of minutes then sprayed with water. Cleaning ceiling tiles

Removing stubborn stainsÂ
Nicotine and water stains are the most common stains on ceilings. Not to worry - your specialist can remove water stains and nicotine stains with a bleach or vinegar solution in a spray bottle. Hi,I live in mayfield and require cleaning of walls and ceiling window frame window in kitchen it’s dirty and bathroom a small amount of surface mould as per picture.They are high ceilings so you will need to be a taller person and have your own equipment .I also have 2 light fittings and 3 fans that I would like cleaned . I’m allowing 6 hrs to do the work in total. 1.5 hrs for fans and light fittings. 1hr for bathroom. 3.5 hrs for kitchen. I’m fine for it to be done over 2 days if needed.But the Kitchen will be the first job I need done asap please. I have recently had cancer treatment and I’m immune compromised so please don’t apply if you are sick as I cannot have anyone in my home that’s has Covid /colds /flues.I am offering $50 per hr and you provide your killing products eg sugar soap /bleach /cleaning vinegar. I would appreciate a less toxic approach if possible but understand that cleaning products are essential sometimes.

I was thinking that you only cleaned ceilings, but you're asking for other info as well. This is what I already posted to house cleaning companies this morning - Our granny flat is 7x8 mt. Our main areas of need are: 1) bathroom - needs focussed attention, however, the shower recess has no screen, only a curtain. 2) floor tiles for kitchen/living/entry. Entry is quite dirty & kitchen skirting needs some attention. We have no dining room & our bedroom floor is waiting for carpet. 3) ceiling and cornices. Our bedroom & bathroom need focussed attention. The kitchen/living cornices also, but to a lesser degree. We are both on a Disability Pension but really need your help asap for a house inspection.
