Virtual Business Development Support Needed We are looking for a reliable freelancer to assist our facilities management and commercial cleaning business with business development and client outreach activities. The task requires approximately 30–60 minutes per day and can be completed remotely at times that suit you. Task Includes: • Contacting potential business clients from a provided list • Introducing our services in a professional manner • Following up enquiries and existing contacts • Arranging suitable times for site inspections and meetings • Keeping brief notes of conversations and outcomes • Updating contact details and basic records as required We're Looking For Someone Who: • Has a confident and professional phone manner • Communicates well with business owners and managers • Is organised, reliable, and proactive • Has experience in customer service, administration, appointment setting, or similar client-facing tasks When responding, please include: • A brief overview of your relevant experience • Your availability • Any experience with phone-based client communication or appointment setting This is a small task with the potential for additional work as requirements.
