Blown rear tube inside tyre

Bike tyre is flat and off it's rim. Need fixing to have it back up.

I have my newer 26" wheel mountain bike that I would like to swap my rear ebike kit onto onto , only issue this this new bike is a 24 speed and the old bike is 21 so it has different chains size and cassettes gears ect I need U to use your specialist tool to swap the rear cassette over from the new bike and put it into the rear wheel hub motor and the. I can put all the ebike kit onto my new bike . Attached are photos of my new bike I want to turn into ebike. And a hoto of my old while rear wheel and a stock photo of the rear hub motor wheel

E bike battery I believe one cell needs to be replaced also needs on/off switch fitted

I have an bafang hub motor 48v ebike setup on my bike I got years ago , I got a newer bike and want to transfer all the stuff over but this bikes gearin is diffent it's a 21 speed not a 26 or somthing like that so the chain doesn't suit wheel , so the new bike needs the cassette taken out and swapped over from the hub motor and maybe the chain cut and and maybe the front swapped over I can't remember exacly , prstty straight forward for a bike mechanic or someone that's into bikes I just don't have specific bicycle tools !
