I’m a PhD student in strategic management looking for an experienced academic writer to coach me through my first paper, a theory development paper. My PhD has three linked studies, each ending in one paper. It moves from theory development through qualitative elaboration to empirical testing, and the topic is how AI augments managers’ thinking during large-scale organisational change. This first paper is not a literature review. It needs to make a real theoretical contribution: building a framework that explains mechanisms and boundary conditions, and ending in a clear set of propositions. I’m looking for someone who can help me sharpen the argument, tighten the construct definitions and keep the theorising focused instead of sprawling across too many literatures. You’ll have A PhD (or equivalent) and publications in strategic management, organisation theory or a closely related field Experience writing or supervising theory or conceptual papers, ideally for journals such as AMR, SMJ or Strategy Science A strong, direct feedback style
