Looking for an experienced personal trainer to help me( 67YO), and my daughter (33YO). Flexible hours during the day 2-3 session PW. Need this to be ongoing for 6-12 months. I need to enfisise that I am looking for life change training, to improve health and weight, not looking to be athletes. Diet and lifestyle changes needed, so would want someone that has experience in this area as well. (I Need to see references) Happy to pay for the right person.
