Hi, I’m looking for an experienced, licensed plumber to investigate and fix a recurring drainage issue at my property in Kew. Both toilets have been making gurgling sounds and bubbling when the shower or bathroom sink is used. Recently, the shower drain became completely blocked before suddenly draining again, and the bathroom sink has also been draining intermittently. We had tree roots cleared from the main sewer line before, so I suspect the roots may have grown back. I’m looking for someone who can: * Inspect and clear the blockage. * Carry out a CCTV drain inspection to identify the cause. * Advise whether any permanent pipe repairs or relining are necessary. Please let me know your availability, experience with tree root blockages, and estimated cost, including CCTV inspection.

We've found a soaked paper towel at the front of the kitchen sink cabinet, with apparent water damage to the kickboard and cracks in the cabinet base. There is a dishwasher connected to the sink plumbing. Previous plumbers couldn't reproduce a leak by running the tap, so please check the dishwasher drain connection, sink waste joints and water supply hoses, and test the dishwasher drain cycle. Today, we found a potential leak, around the waste pipe, but not sure. We also need to fix a leaky tap in the bathroom and around the tap and tapware.

There are 2 showers. One shower base has a hairline crack which hopefully can be repaired. The 2nd shower base is cracked and is leaking, so probably will need to be replaced and waterproofed. If possible, provide a ball park budget and scope of work base on photos. If that figure is ok, can organize to have onsite inspection to give a more accurate quote.

Need someone available TODAY (Thursday 8 October) to unblock a small drain on an upstairs balcony in Fairfield. Following heavy rainfall, water is pooling on the balcony and appears to be leaking through to the ceiling underneath. Suspect the drain is blocked with leaves and debris. I've tried removing the grate by hand but couldn't get it off. Job involves: Safely removing the drain grate Clearing any blockages Checking water drains properly Identifying any obvious drainage or waterproofing concerns Please bring your own tools. Must be available today. I don't have close-up photos of the drain as we haven't settled on the property yet and I don't have the keys. Access will be arranged for the job. Please confirm your earliest arrival time when making an offer.
