I’m looking for an experienced locksmith or safe technician to come to my place in Blind Bight and open an old Kelly’s Safe / Bakers’ Engineers Melbourne safe that I recently salvaged. I do not have the existing key. I’d like the job to include: * Open the safe on site, preferably non-destructively * Supply and cut/make 2 new working keys * Make sure the lock is functioning properly once opened * Safe is staying at my property — no transport required I specifically want it opened on site, as I don’t know whether there is anything still inside it. Photos attached showing the safe, lock and keyway. Please only make an offer if you have experience with old safes / lever locks and are confident you can open it and make replacement keys. Location: Blind Bight, VIC Happy to organise a suitable day/time.

Looking for a reliable, experienced handyman based in Coolangatta or surrounding areas to assist with some minor maintenance at our holiday apartments. First job is to temporarily resecure and reseal an existing bathroom basin to the vanity (photos attached). The vanity and basin will eventually be replaced, so we’re just after a safe, tidy repair that’ll last another month or so. Happy to receive a fixed price for this job or an hourly labour rate. Ideally looking for someone who: * Has an ABN and their own public liability insurance. * Is experienced, reliable and reasonably priced. * Has their own tools and can handle a variety of minor maintenance jobs. * Is local to Coolangatta or surrounding suburbs. We regularly have smaller maintenance jobs across our holiday apartments, including replacing blinds, repairing loose blind brackets, replacing toilet roll holders, blind chains and general handyman work. We’re using Airtasker to find someone for this initial job, with the hope of establishing an ongoing working relationship. Any future work would be arranged through our business and invoiced directly to us. Please let me know your availability, price for the basin repair and your usual hourly rate for future maintenance work. Thanks!
