**Private Chef / Meal Prep – Weekly Family Meals (Family of 4)** We're looking for an experienced private chef or meal prep specialist to prepare healthy, delicious meals for our family of four on a **weekly basis**. ### What we're looking for: * Prepare lunches and dinners for **2 adults and 2 children** for one week. * Approximately **10–14 family meals** (or equivalent portions) for the week. * Shop for fresh ingredients (or we can supply them if preferred). * Cook all meals in our home kitchen. * Portion, label, and store meals ready for refrigeration/freezing. * Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen during and after cooking. ### Meal style: We're after meals that are: * Healthy and well-balanced * Family-friendly (kid-approved) * High in protein with plenty of vegetables * A mix of cuisines (Australian, Mediterranean, Italian, Asian-inspired, etc.) * Minimal processed foods ### Examples of meals: * Grilled chicken with vegetables and rice * Beef or chicken stir-fry * Pasta dishes * Slow-cooked beef or lamb * Curries * Baked fish with vegetables * Homemade soups * Healthy snacks (optional) ### Requirements: * Previous experience as a private chef or meal prep cook. * Food Safety/Hygiene knowledge (preferred). * Ability to create a varied weekly menu. * Reliable, organised, and punctual. ### Frequency: This is intended to be an **ongoing weekly arrangement** if we're a good fit.
