Hi mate, I have a Breville dual boiler that needs a look at. It was hissing about 12 months ago and I opened it up toi replace some o-rings. When it was open I noticed some cracks in the temp probes. The o-rings held for a while but the hissing is back, so i think its time to get a big service on it. New delevopments are a loud and strange buzzing on extraction, and occasionally throwing the safety switch in the powerboard it's attached to.

Install freestanding dishwasher — plumbing, electrical & cabinetry Looking for a qualified tradesperson (or small team) to install a freestanding dishwasher in my kitchen. There's a single-bowl sink under a window, with laminate cabinetry and drawers running along to the gas cooktop/oven. No existing dishwasher cavity — a section of base cabinetry will need removing or modifying to fit a standard ~60cm freestanding dishwasher, ideally near the sink. Scope of work: - Assess cabinetry and confirm which unit(s) need removing/modifying to fit a 60cm freestanding dishwasher - Remove/modify cabinetry and benchtop, leaving a clean finished edge (benchtop has a timber-look edge trim to match) - Plumbing: tap off the sink's cold water supply, install a dishwasher isolation valve, run water inlet hose, and connect drainage (via sink waste/air gap or new spigot on drain pipe) - Electrical: install a dedicated switched outlet for the dishwasher (behind unit or adjacent cupboard), including new circuit wiring to the switchboard if needed — compliant with AS/NZS wiring rules - Level and install the dishwasher, connect all services, test for leaks and correct operation - Make good any cut cabinetry edges, kickboard and flooring around the new appliance Notes: - Dishwasher supplied by me (freestanding, not integrated) — happy to confirm exact model/dimensions before work starts - Licensed plumber and electrician required (separately, dual-licensed, or a small team) — compliance certificates needed for both on completion - Please quote for labour, and note whether parts (isolation valve, hoses, power point, cabling) are included or need to be supplied separately Flexible on timing — happy to arrange an on-site inspection before quoting Happy to answer questions, send more photos, or arrange a time to view the space. Looking for someone reliable who can turn this around promptly and leave the kitchen tidy.
