Hi mate, I have a Breville dual boiler that needs a look at. It was hissing about 12 months ago and I opened it up toi replace some o-rings. When it was open I noticed some cracks in the temp probes. The o-rings held for a while but the hissing is back, so i think its time to get a big service on it. New delevopments are a loud and strange buzzing on extraction, and occasionally throwing the safety switch in the powerboard it's attached to.

Looking for a fully licensed and insured plumber to install a hot water cylinder. We already have the brand-new cylinder ready on-site, so this is a labour-only installation. The unit needs to be installed under the house. Please note that physical access is quite tight and tedious, requiring crawling and careful manoeuvring. Requirements: • Must be a licensed plumber (please include your license number with your offer). • Disconnect and remove the old cylinder from under the house. • Move the new cylinder into place, connect it up, and test it. • Provide a compliance certificate upon completion. Budget Note: This job is for a pensioner recovering from a difficult domestic situation on a very tight budget. We completely understand that under-house access is physically demanding and warrants fair pay, but we are looking for an honest, community-minded professional who can offer a fair rate. Bonus: You are welcome to keep and scrap the old cylinder for cash if you would like to offset the cost.
