One side of main bedroom wall with wallpaper, tried to remove it initially, ending up damaged the wall. Looking for someone to replace existing plaster wall with new plaster sheet, including left and right hand corners. Apply 3 coats of plaster to joins, and sand smooth in prep for painting. Re-install existing skirting board and cupboard door trim.Approx 10 sqm size. Includes all materials, consumables & waste disposal. Also, to help trim the bottom of a door as it cannot be closed properly.

We have a washing line on our laundry wall and the bracket has ripped out of the plaster creating a hole. The left side of the washing line is screwed into the timber stud, that side is fine. The right side did not align with a stud and has eventually come off. Would be great to keep the washing line there if possible. I’m looking for a handyman to add reinforcement in the wall, patch up the plaster, and fasten the washing line bracket back in place. I also have 2 other small holes in the roof of the living room that need to be patched.

This is a full supply-and-install job. Please provide an itemised quote — **materials and labour separately**. ________________________________________ Scope of Work: 1. Wall Frame • One internal stud wall: 3.65m wide × 2.45m high • 70×35mm MGP10 pine framing • Studs at 450mm centres • Top plate, bottom plate, and noggins included • Wall spans full width of room, fixed to existing walls both ends • Ground floor is timber flooring 2. Door Rough-In • Frame door opening to suit 820mm × 2040mm pre-hung internal door set • King studs, jack studs, and header to standard spec • Carpenter to calculate exact rough opening dimensions based on pre-hung unit specs • Install Bunnings Hume 2040 × 820 LH pre-hung door set (door leaf, jamb, and stop) • Fit architrave both sides • Door to open, close, and latch correctly upon completion 3. Insulation • Fit Earthwool SoundShield R2.5 wall batts within stud cavity prior to boarding 4. Plasterboard • Both sides lined with 10mm CSR Gyprock (2700×1200mm sheets) • Cut and fit around door opening, screw fixed at correct centres • Board only — no taping, setting, or plastering required 5. Cornice • 55mm CSR Gyprock cove cornice both sides of new wall, adhesive fixed ________________________________________ What is NOT in scope: • Taping, plastering, or painting • Any electrical or structural work • Anything not listed above Budget $1000 to $1200. Itemised quotes only — materials and labour listed separately. If your quote exceeds this range, please explain what drives the difference.
