We need to remove the wood trim from the old wardrobe that was installed, remove the top of the wall to open it up and then plaster it. I have attached photos so you can see, happy to answer any questions you have. Need someone to supply and install baby gates for bottom and top of stairs. Open to both hardware or pressure gates. Bottom stairs gate - step 94cm wide, walls 97-98cm gap, 110cm high. Prefer retractable gate (e.g. https://permachildsafety.com.au/products/ultimate-retractable-baby-gate-1) Top stairs gate - step 94cm wide, walls 98cm gap, 100cm high. Gate should be installed so that there's a bit of foot space at the top floor. Gate should not have a bottom base (e.g. https://www.bunnings.com.au/perma-child-safety-white-extra-tall-and-wide-superior-swing-gate-white_p4211367). If you like I can supply too - local Bunnings is just 900m away. You will: -Do measurements and assess both top and bottom of stairs -Bring required gates and supporting hardware (e.g. nails, plaster screws, timber panels -Install gates and test -Minor dust / drilling cleanup

Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced to provide a quote for roof restoration work at a single storey house in Glen Waverley VIC 3150. The job may include: 1. High-pressure roof cleaning 2. Removing old paint from roof tiles where required 3. Repointing all ridge caps and flushing 4. Roof painting / coating, preferably including: • 1 coat of primer • 2 coats of membrane coating 5. Project Overview Alfresco ceiling renovation — ceiling only, no walls. All trades supply own materials. Area: 5.5m x 2.3m (12.65m²) — open alfresco, semi-outdoor/humid environment. Note: Electrician will disconnect and temporarily remove 4 downlights and flush-mounted exhaust vent prior to demo, and reinstall after painting. Electrical under separate licensed contractor. Stage 1 — Demo (Labourer) Remove existing ceiling once electrician has disconnected and removed fittings. Carefully score paint line and remove existing cornices — set aside intact for reinstall. Do not force or snap. Supply: • Drop sheets, rubbish bags, hand tools • Scoring knife for cornice removal • Rubbish disposal: bag and bin on site Stage 2 — Plasterer Install Aquacheck moisture-resistant sheeting (5 sheets). Plaster & set ceiling over Aquacheck. Cut 4 downlight holes and 1 exhaust vent penetration in same positions as existing, ready for electrician. Reinstall existing cornices if undamaged, or replace if required. Sand ready for paint. Supply: • Aquacheck sheets x5 (2400x1200mm) • Screws, adhesive • Base coat, setting compound • Fibreglass jointing tape • Sandpaper • Hole saw / cutting tool for downlight and vent penetrations • Cornice adhesive for reinstall Stage 3 — Clean-Up (Labourer) Full rubbish removal and site clean. Supply: • Bags, broom, vacuum • Rubbish disposal: bag and bin on site Important Notes • Aquacheck must be rated for semi-outdoor/humid use • Confirm downlight positions with electrician before plastering — holes must align with existing wiring • Exhaust vent penetration to be cut in same position as existing — electrician to reinstall vent • Cornices to be carefully removed during demo and reused if intact — advise if replacement required
