I have recently replaced my tiled roof with a Colorbond Monument Grey roof. In doing so, I had to remove a small cover between my house and my shed. The design will naturally slope roughly 300mm from the house over to the shed. The photo should hopefully spell out exactly what I want. I've already bought the 4x roof-extenda brackets from Bunnings but haven't managed to do anything more. You will need to include in your offer: - Supply of Monument Grey roof sheets & patio tube. - Supply of all brackets (except roof-extenda brackets which I've bought). - Supply of one polycarbonate (clear) roof sheet to go roughly in the middle). Green area in picture. - Supply of flashings to 4x sides of roof. - No gutters required. - Supply of all tools/ladders/etc.

I have two single and one double wardrobe (three rooms total) in my house that I'd like made ready for me to install sliding mirror doors. Room 1 & 2 : A single wardrobe requires brickwork to be removed (non-load bearing) and a small wood bulkhead installed to bring the overall opening height down to 2400mm (currently about 2600mm to the ceiling). A new small portion of ceiling will need to be installed in the area removed to bring it up to the ceiling height of the bedroom. Room 3 : The double wardrobe will require removing the door frame, making the opening good with timber/plaster. The opening is already 2300mm high so no additional bulkhead is required here, just repairing the opening once the door frame is removed. The installer (you) will need to - Remove all brickwork and steel door frames - Remove the ceiling & soffit above bench areas (two smaller rooms only) - Supply all timber, plaster, screws, etc required to frame out the door spaces. - Fully complete the installation ready for painting. - There is no painting required in this job. I will remove the existing carpet, shelves & door in the area, and make the area ready for you to work. I will also remove the two lights (two smaller rooms) from the suffits prior to you starting). If you need anything else to provide a quote - please let me know.

Looking for a motor trimmer to supply and fit new carpet in the front cab of my 2014 Suzuki APV van. The job: - Two-seater van. Carpet is in the front cab only; the cargo area isn't included. - Remove the old, worn carpet and supply and fit new carpet. - I can't find a moulded replacement from Suzuki or aftermarket suppliers, so it will need to be cut and fitted from a roll. - It's a very basic, plain van with a simple floor layout, so a standard black automotive carpet should do the job. - After a clean, hard-wearing finish, nothing fancy. Location: Como, WA. Happy to drop the van at your workshop, or you can come to me if you're mobile. Please quote for supply and install, and let me know: - The type of carpet you'd use - Roughly how long the van would be off the road

Remove an old Austral EzyHide retractable clothesline and install a new Austral RetractAway 50 Plus. All main parts supplied: new cabinet with catch, and an Austral RetractAway mount bar. Cabinet end: fixes to an old red brick courtyard wall (uneven recycled bricks, soft lime mortar), in roughly the same spot as the old unit. Use the mount bar if the wall face is too uneven for the cabinet to sit flat. Fixings must go into solid brick faces, not mortar joints. Please bring suitable masonry anchors (M8 x 75mm coach screws with plugs or similar). Catch end: fixes to a timber weatherboard house wall, into the stud. Remove the old bracket, fill and paint over the old holes (touch-up paint can be provided), and seal around the new fixings. Old unit is still tensioned and the knob is stiff, so please release the tension safely before removal. Please take the old unit away if possible. Span is roughly 6-8m. Lines to sit at about head height plus 50mm. Should take 1-2 hours. You'll need a hammer drill and a ladder. Photos attached.

Title: AstralPool VX9T Chlorinator Repair – Yokine Looking for an experienced pool equipment technician or licensed electrician to diagnose and repair an AstralPool VX9T salt chlorinator. The controller stopped working after being switched off for a few days. Symptoms: * Both wall power outlets have been tested and are working. * On power-up, the indicator lights flash briefly, then go out. * The LCD backlight stays on, but no text appears. * A continuous humming sound comes from the controller. * None of the buttons respond, and the pool pump won’t start. * The same issue occurs with the salt cell disconnected. Possibly an internal power supply, fuse or control board issue. Looking for someone experienced with AstralPool chlorinators who can diagnose and repair the controller if possible, rather than replacing the entire unit. Please let me know what your quote includes. Any additional repair or parts costs should be agreed upon beforehand.
