Looking for an experienced flooring professional to remove existing carpet and underlay from two bedrooms, dispose of the waste, and supply and install new laminate floating floorboards along with matching scotia/beading. Room Dimensions Bedroom 1: 3.0m x 2.9m Bedroom 2: 3.0m x 3.0m Total Area: Approximately 17.7 square meters (plus allowances for wastage). Scope of Work 1. Removal & Disposal: Uplift existing carpet and underlay in both rooms, pull up any remaining tack strips if necessary, and responsibly discard all old materials off-site. 2. Subfloor Preparation: Inspect and sweep the subfloors to ensure they are clean, dry, and level prior to installation. 3. Supply & Install: Supply appropriate acoustic underlay. Supply and install laminate floating floorboards (rated AC4 or higher for durability, with a preferred modern neutral oak or timber-look finish). Install matching scotia or quad moulding around the perimeter of both rooms to cover expansion gaps. 4. Finishing: Ensure doors clear the new floor height (trimming if required) and leave the work area clean and tidy. Tasker Requirements Proven experience in floating floor installation. Must bring all necessary tools, drop cloths, and cleanup equipment. Provide options or samples for the laminate flooring, or let me know the material budget breakdown if supply is included in the offer. When applying, please specify whether your quoted price includes the cost of the laminate materials and underlay, or if you are quoting for labor only.

Work required: 1. Front security/screen door Currently locked and will not open with the available key. Open without unnecessary damage where possible and inspect/repair the lock. Please advise before replacement if a new lock is required. 2. Wall-mounted combination key safe Existing key safe does not open with the supplied code. Open/remove and replace if required. 3. Front & rear entry-door locks – re-keying There are 4 functioning locks in total (2 front + 2 rear), currently operated using 2 different sets of keys. Re-key the existing locks with new keys while retaining a two-set-of-keys arrangement. Existing locks are not to be replaced. Supply 2–3 copies of each new key. 4. Lounge/balcony security screen door – rusted hinges/fittings Door and lock are currently functioning normally. Some hinges/fittings are rusted. Please inspect and replace rusted hinges/fittings only if required. 5. Letterbox lock Existing letterbox lock is heavily rusted. Remove and replace with a suitable new lock and keys. 6. Green garage access door – rusted hardware Inspect and replace the significantly rusted hinges and any other defective/rusted door fittings as required. Parts/materials: Locksmith may supply specialist lock parts. I am also happy to purchase readily available hardware separately if more economical. Parts/materials are additional to the labour budget and their cost should be discussed and agreed before purchase/installation. Budget: $300 for labour. I was locked out of my room, so i have done some damage to the door knob area the chipper/cardboard has come off. I want that fixed as new, i have some white paint in the garage for finishing touches. The other is just to attach a window screen which i had to remove to climb in my room, if it has to be fixed from outside a 5 meter ladder is required.

Main house and cabana are approx 20m apart. Main house already has 3-phase electricity, cabana doesn't. Existing 40mm conduit runs between the house and cabana containing the current electrical cabling. Scope: Remove/replace existing cabling with suitable 3-phase 6mm² sub main cable. Bring 3-phase supply into the cabana. Supply and install a new 32A 3-phase submains from the main switchboard. Supply and install a new 3-phase distribution board within the cabana. Supply and install a 25A 3-phase sauna circuit and RCBO circuit protection for the new sub-board. Reconfigure the existing cabana lighting and power circuits onto the new distribution board. Reconfigure the existing pool pump onto the new distribution board Provide a dedicated circuit for the proposed pool heater and install (hard-wire) it Allow capacity within the new distribution board for the future connection of a sauna and additional electrical circuits and standalone isolated solar panels. Install appropriate RCBO/RCD protection, breakers and isolation for the new circuits. Provide standard cabana lighting and GPO/power circuits. Allow for the following existing/new equipment: Pool Pump (Existing) 230V single phase Max input: ~0.95 kW / ~4A Pool Heat Pump (new to be installed at the time of works) 230V single phase, hard wired Max input current: 18.5A Rated input: 0.32–2.68 kW Future Sauna – capacity provision only 230/240V single phase 6 kW heater ~25A No sauna installation required at this stage — only allow for the future electrical load/circuit as appropriate. I'd like the cabana installation designed with proper phase balancing now that 3-phase supply will be available. Total potential load across the equipment is approximately 48A (allow ~55A for design/capacity purposes), although the loads will be distributed across the three phases. Please assess the existing supply capacity, cable sizing, protection and any other requirements necessary for a compliant installation.

Hi, I have a Tesla model 3 that requires a boot alignment repair and some minor gutter rash in East Gosford on Monday 14th. Please see images… Automotive Paint Blenders (West Gosford) are trade suppliers who can custom-mix the exact WPB-82422E formula into an aerosol spray can for the minor touch up to the gutter rash. I’m overseas otherwise I’d do it myself… The image shows a misaligned upper trunk panel where it meets the rear quarter panel and window sill on a pre-refresh (2017–2023) Model 3. The trunk lid is sitting visibly proud (high) and showing an uneven panel gap along the seam. Why This Happens on late 2023 ModelsBecause your car is a late 2023 Performance model equipped with a factory power tailgate / liftgate mechanism and a heavier carbon fiber rear spoiler, it experiences specific physical stresses:Hinge Strain or Loose Bolts: The mechanical torque of the power trunk strut pushing up against the hinge assembly can loosen or shift the primary hinge bracket bolts over time. [Overextended Strut Pivot: The single-sided motorized strut exerts uneven pressure during closing cycles, twisting the lid slightly upward if the mechanical hinge stops are not perfectly synchronized How to Fix ItIf you want to rectify the alignment yourself, you will need to adjust the trunk lid hinge tracking using basic mechanical tools: Access the Hinge Bolts: Open the trunk completely to reveal the upper mounting arms near the glass.Loosen and Adjust: Use a 13 mm socket to slightly loosen the bolts holding the hinge mechanism to the trunk lid assembly. Do not remove them Align the Panel: Carefully lower the trunk by hand and physically push or pull the panel until the gap is uniform (roughly 3.0 mm to 4.5 mm from the body) and flush with the quarter panel. Torque to Spec: Once aligned, reopen the lid and tighten the hinge bolts to 24 Nm (17.7 lbs-ft) using a torque wrench.
