Open to reasonable offers from experienced paving or landscaping contractors. I have removed the topsoil, but the exposed ground remains uneven. The main requirement is to create a firm, flat base with proper drainage fall, then screed the paving sand ready for me to immediately lay the pavers. I will install the pavers and pebbles myself. Scope: - Establish finished levels and drainage fall using laser and/or string lines - Trim high areas and fill low areas - Compact the exposed ground - Install owner-supplied permeable geotextile - Move approximately 1.5–1.8m³ of road base from driveway to backyard - Spread, level and thoroughly compact the road base - Check the compacted base using laser/string lines and a 2m straightedge - Move approximately 0.6m³ of paving sand to the backyard - Spread and evenly screed the sand, following the established drainage fall - Stack approximately 70–80 pavers near the work area - Leave the site tidy Finished surface must be: - Flat, firm and properly compacted - Free from significant dips, humps or soft areas - Graded with suitable drainage fall away from the house - Sand evenly screeded and ready for me to immediately lay the pavers Standard side access with a slight slope and no stairs. Contractor must bring a plate compactor, laser/levelling equipment, 2m straightedge, wheelbarrows, shovels, screeding equipment and all other required tools. Please confirm your relevant experience, number of workers, equipment and whether your offer covers the complete scope.

I am seeking quotations for restoration works to the pool area paving at a residential complex we manage in Bulimba. Option 1 – Paver Restoration Install temporary fencing with plastic sheeting along the pool side of the work area to protect the pool from contaminants and ensure worker safety. Secure the temporary fencing with straps to posts or other suitable fixed points to prevent it from falling into the pool. Carefully remove and store onsite the existing pavers within the affected area (highlighted in red), measuring approximately 2.70 m × 15.00 m (approximately 40 m²). Cut and remove surface roots from the sand bed. Re-level and compact the sand bedding. Relay the existing pavers to match the current layout and finished levels. Apply a sand/cement mix to grout the pavers. Wash down the pavers upon completion of the works. Apply sealant between the pavers and the pool coping. Leave the work area clean and tidy. Remove the temporary fencing upon completion. Option 2 – Coloured Concrete Replacement Please provide a quotation for replacing the existing pavers with coloured concrete to closely match the existing paving: Demolition and removal of existing pavers/bricks to an approved skip bin. Excavation and preparation of the sub-base for concrete installation. Ground compaction. Installation of a moisture barrier (black plastic membrane). Installation of formwork, reinforcement, expansion foam and associated preparation. Supply, pump, screed and finish approximately 6 m³ of 25 MPa coloured concrete. Light broom finish. Saw-cut expansion joints. Removal of formwork. Final wash-down and site clean-up. Skip bin hire and waste disposal. We will require the works to be completed by October 2026 or before, so please include you anticipated commencement timeframe, estimated project duration, warranty details, and confirmation of public liability insurance and QBCC licence.
