Paving tasks in Brisbane

We're wanting to put down some pavers / steppers at the front of our house. We have an existing retaining wall to the front of the house and want to pave the landing pad at the front door as well as steppers between the driveway and the landing pad. The landing pad is circa 1.8m x 3.9m, while the length of the pathway is circa 5.1m. The existing pad has some crusher dust which has compacted over time but needs topping up prior to paving, while the area of the front path is currently just dirt, so steppers would presumably need to be bedded somehow. Given this area gets pretty hot we're keen to space the paving with grass strips in between. See attached two photos of the current area along with a Chat GPT render of the sort of thing we have in mind (3rd image). We're happy to supply materials or for you to supply them

I have a paving job I'd like somebody capable to complete it. Mainly cutting around the fence, gate, air con, boiler etc. Left side, along the brick wall must be haunched with mortar along with the area around the air con/ boiler. There is another side which hasn't been started yet (approx 15sqm) - requires stones to be dug out, road base laid, compaction, bedding sand laid, screed and paved. I have the road base, mortar, joint sand. The job will likely require abit more bedding sand. Paying for skills and labour.

Open to reasonable offers from experienced paving or landscaping contractors. I have removed the topsoil, but the exposed ground remains uneven. Scope: - Establish finished levels and drainage fall using laser and/or string lines - Trim high areas and fill low areas - Compact the exposed ground - Install owner-supplied permeable geotextile - Move approximately 1.5–1.8m³ of road base from driveway to backyard - Spread, level and thoroughly compact the road base - Check the compacted base using laser/string lines and a 2m straightedge - Move approximately 0.6m³ of paving sand to the backyard - Spread and evenly screed the sand, following the established drainage fall - Stack approximately 70–80 pavers near the work area - Leave the site tidy Finished surface must be: - Flat, firm and properly compacted - Free from significant dips, humps or soft areas - Graded with suitable drainage fall away from the house - Sand evenly screeded and ready for me to immediately lay the pavers Standard side access with a slight slope and no stairs. Contractor must bring a plate compactor, laser/levelling equipment, 2m straightedge, wheelbarrows, shovels, screeding equipment and all other required tools.
